CANCELLATIONS PLEASE NOTE!!
At least 24 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations in normal times.
If cancellations are made within 24 hours of check in time (2:00pm) or if you do not show on the day of check in, you will forfeit the full amount of the first night.
In peck times, long weekends half the total of the stay is due at booking time and is not refundable the remainders of the booking is due a pond check in time.
Other peak times, school holidays times, at least 72 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of check in time, you will forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled.
